XSigma is a program that calculates

• cross sections (coherent, incoherent, photoelectric, total)
• absorption coefficients (coherent, incoherent, photoelectric, total)
• transmission
• half-value thickness

of pure elements or compunds as a function of energy between 1keV and 1MeV.
